This post, for today, is a look back at some of the many accomplishments that US president Donald Trump achieved for us while he was occupying the White House 2016-2020.

In 2021, RNC chairwoman Rona McDaniel cites the following present-day threats that now exist in his absence (and there are more; some not mentioned):
1. big-government, socialist, agendas
2. medicare-for-all
3. green-deal
4. increased government regulations on citizens and their activities
5. open-border policy (weak immigration law enforcement)
6. de-fund the police efforts
7. packing of the Supreme court; Leftist judge appointments
8. efforts to give Washington DC State-status
9. domestic and international terrorism
10. cyber-warfare
11. middle-East instabilities; and armed conflicts
12. rise of Russia
13. China domination over our national affairs
14. threats from the nation of Iran
15. Chinese CCP propaganda/misinformation
16. CCP bio-warfare

Predictions the RNC makes at this time:
1. increased federal, wasteful, spending, and increase in national debts
2. expansion of entitlement programs
3. return to class-warfare in the nation, as well as conflicts between races
4. less freedom, and less entrepreneurship
5. depletion of our military
6. big-government socialism
7. decline again in religious freedom and other freedoms (liberties)

His achievements are cited as follows:
1. securing our southern border (process hi-jacked and disrupted by opposition in 2020)
2. immigration laws enforced (ie. C.B.P.) – an end to “catch and release”
3. religious-liberty protections
4. civil-liberty protections
5. less regulations (boost for private enterprises and for small business)
6. progress on trade imbalance with China
7. US farmers’ exports boosted

I also note:
1. re-drafting/re-agreement to NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement)
2. asking Europe to contribute more; their own “fair share” to NATO operation expenses
3. fighting abortion
4. fighting big-health-insurance & big-pharmacy lobby
5. struck down parts of Obama-Care through the courts and redrafted
6. strong domestic economy
7. unified conservatives and Republicans of various persuasions

other achievements I note:
1. operation “warp-speed”
2. greater degree of energy independence, with some to export
3. military financially replenished
4. greater degree of respect from foreign allies and adversaries alike
5. anti-inflation measures, taxation level largely unchanged, low unemployment, high morale
6. fight against big-tech (defending free speech)
7. fighting Communism
8. Judicial appointments
9. National Guard protected us from anarchy
