I have advocated for the Keystone Pipeline, along with most of the nation, as Congress voted for its construction which is complete. Phase IV however, an additional route of conection, is not approved. It seems that too much environmental stress is placed on the state of South Dakota for this additional connection line. I agree. While we maintain national greenhouse gas emitions goals and balance those goals with economic development goals, we really should respect the 6 years consideration that have gone into this apparent over-development.
