If you’ve made an error in cancellation, during a subscription period you already paid for, notify me. Sorry, I will not give you the access time that would have remained had you not cancelled your subscription. You can always re register and pay for new subscription after your prior cancellation, on a later date.

You should only be receiving renewal billing messages near the date of expiration. Those bills should allow you to conveniently renew or to cancel regularly. You can manually pay regularly, before receiving a bill due reminder. You can also cancel your subscription and forego the remaining time on it, by sending me an Email.

There are no refunds; however, billing errors will be reversed. Also, you can let a bill go unpaid, and your account will automatically become expired.
