Today’s post, is a presentation of certain words defined. It is also an exploration of some modern concepts of these defined words.
There are some words that describe a particular person in a way, such as, [he or she is a “cross-dresser”, a “jigalo”, a “jon”, or a “pimp”].
First, let’s start with “fashion model”. A fashion model can be male or female, should be over 18, and displays clothing (such as shoes, a jacket, a dress, pants, shorts, etc.). A fashion model is someone who takes an expository role to present “fashionable attire” – usually on a runway. Though, frequently, a model can also present the attire without walking, via Internet in any way, or via print media.
In modern times, the run-way model is presented on a “catwalk”, for onlookers to view. This “walk” is usually accompanied with music, expensive lighting, in a dynamic, party-type, or at least theatrical, atmosphere. The fashion, depicted, is often the creative work and signature of a designer.
A “model”, however, does not have to necessarily present fashion. A model ought to be at least 18, and presents images of beauty. Either male or female, a model presents image of himself or herself. A model must have aesthetic appeal of some kind, and often presents appealing attire and beauty product. In some trend, the model might purposefully present an unattractive product as an act of rebellion; or as counter-culture behavior.
Now, there are subsets of modeling. For example, there is what is known as a “lingerie model”. A lingerie model most certainly ought to be 18 years of age or older, as the attire is sexy lingerie. The qualifications for a lingerie model are similar to that of a fashion model. A lingerie model must appeal to the male senses and exhibit allure. A lingerie model usually encompass females.
A “chat model”, is a new subset of modeling. A chat model is one who presents an image of beauty, however, is engaged with visual, text, and/or auditory communication (with paying or non paying participants). This is usually delivered by way of telephone and or Internet. It can utilize nudity, but must not in order to be classified as such.
A “stripper” could be a chat model, and a chat model could also strip. Stripping requires nudity (burlesque), to be classified as such.
Now, let’s examine the more illicit depths of sexual exposition. A “sex star”; or what is known as a “porn star”, is a model of sort, an actress (similar to a chat model). However, a porn star is exhibited while engaging in solo sex acts or such acts with other sex stars. It is expository; still ought be consenting.
A “madame” is someone who steers sex “actors” to paying customers. This is no longer mere exhibition of sex act to “peepers” through a filtered medium, rather is delivery of sex to paying customers in the flesh.
The male version of a madame, is a “pimp”.
Both a madame and a pimp will sometimes use coercion in order to maintain actual and forced-sex business relations between their employees and customers. Remember, that, in order for this definition to be accurate, a pimp or madame must receive portion of money for their role in the delivery of real sex acts. Furthermore, to fit this definition accurately, the “actor” cannot refuse sexual service to a customer even when he or she is uncomfortable with the arrangement.
A “prostitute”, male or female, is one who either chooses to or has been forced into providing real sex to any willing customer, in exchange for portion of sale (money).
An “entertainer”, is one who presents arts (ie. staged poetry reading, puppetry, singing, dancing, some kind of theatrical art). It can involve nudity; but, must not in order to fit the description. More modernly, an entertainer label broadly includes any activity that brings pleasure to a viewer. This can be delivered through sport, athletics, music, or any other activity.
Any kind of “model”, male or female, is susceptible (at risk) of gradually being coerced into undesirable sex acts. What we call commercial exploitation or market exploitation, is the general description of any service provider being coerced into a particular behavior and role, by an oppressor or oppressors.
“Slavery”, is the outright forced domination that an individual or group exert on a worker. Slavery does not require, but also does not preclude use of intimidation or violence to extort behavior and performance.
“Trafficking”, is a term that describes what a pimp or a madame do. They move persons whom they take as their employee(s) to other locations or geographical regions, to perform coercive labor, where customer is readily available and desiring.
“Online dating”, is not trafficking. Though, a trafficker may use deceptive means as a tool of initiating coercive relations upon a model. This can lead to slavery of a male or a female. However, it is important to note that online dating is no different than in-person dating. Both, can result in exploitation through deceptive means.
An “exhibitionist”, is someone who enjoys undressing and being watched while doing so. It stimulates the exhibitionist knowing that the viewer (the peeper) is sexually aroused by their acts.
Wilful relations (whether online or in person), are conducted by consenting adults who wish to be together. Such relations are not typically abusive; and, they are with both active consent and active participation of the persons.
“Marriage”, is the ultimate guardian of committed and willful relationship between man and woman. It is not only a healthy coexistence with promised responsibilities… it is the God given gift and right, of every human being or person. It is important that marriage never be side-lined as merely an ambition, a dream; or, relegated by society to an unrealistic hope reserved for few.
