This post, for today, is a look back at some of the many accomplishments that US president Donald Trump achieved for us while he was occupying the White House 2016-2020.<\/p>\n
In 2021, RNC chairwoman Rona McDaniel cites the following present-day threats that now exist in his absence (and there are more; some not mentioned):
\n1. big-government, socialist, agendas
\n2. medicare-for-all
\n3. green-deal
\n4. increased government regulations on citizens and their activities
\n5. open-border policy (weak immigration law enforcement)
\n6. de-fund the police efforts
\n7. packing of the Supreme court; Leftist judge appointments
\n8. efforts to give Washington DC State-status
\n9. domestic and international terrorism
\n10. cyber-warfare
\n11. middle-East instabilities; and armed conflicts
\n12. rise of Russia
\n13. China domination over our national affairs
\n14. threats from the nation of Iran
\n15. Chinese CCP propaganda\/misinformation
\n16. CCP bio-warfare<\/p>\n
Predictions the RNC makes at this time:
\n1. increased federal, wasteful, spending, and increase in national debts
\n2. expansion of entitlement programs
\n3. return to class-warfare in the nation, as well as conflicts between races
\n4. less freedom, and less entrepreneurship
\n5. depletion of our military
\n6. big-government socialism
\n7. decline again in religious freedom and other freedoms (liberties)<\/p>\n
His achievements are cited as follows:
\n1. securing our southern border (process hi-jacked and disrupted by opposition in 2020)
\n2. immigration laws enforced (ie. C.B.P.) – an end to “catch and release”
\n3. religious-liberty protections
\n4. civil-liberty protections
\n5. less regulations (boost for private enterprises and for small business)
\n6. progress on trade imbalance with China
\n7. US farmers’ exports boosted<\/p>\n
I also note:
\n1. re-drafting\/re-agreement to NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement)
\n2. asking Europe to contribute more; their own “fair share” to NATO operation expenses
\n3. fighting abortion
\n4. fighting big-health-insurance & big-pharmacy lobby
\n5. struck down parts of Obama-Care through the courts and redrafted
\n6. strong domestic economy
\n7. unified conservatives and Republicans of various persuasions<\/p>\n
other achievements I note:
\n1. operation “warp-speed”
\n2. greater degree of energy independence, with some to export
\n3. military financially replenished
\n4. greater degree of respect from foreign allies and adversaries alike
\n5. anti-inflation measures, taxation level largely unchanged, low unemployment, high morale
\n6. fight against big-tech (defending free speech)
\n7. fighting Communism
\n8. Judicial appointments
