Poem, in honor of a righteous opposition:

Seen as too nice by the mean
\nSeen as too mean by the nice
\nToo assertive for the shy
\nToo shy for the assertive
\nToo good for the evil
\nToo evil for the good<\/p>\n
Too early for the late
\nToo late for the early
\nToo poor for the wealthy
\nAnd too wealthy for the poor<\/p>\n
Too dumb for the smart
\nAnd too smart for the dumb
\nToo good looking for the ugly
\nAnd too ugly for the good looking<\/p>\n
What to do?
\nRespect money?
\nRespect violence?
\nBe washed away if not either?<\/p>\n
The nicest among the mean?
\nOr, the meanest among the nice?<\/p>\n
Don’t know?
\nNo one wants you to know?<\/p>\n
So, tell them they could call or write<\/p>\n
Told them to call, they wrote
\nand when told to write, they called<\/p>\n
Nothing really said, except the
\npassage of time.<\/p>\n
You have a left and a right
\nHands know what both do. How about yours?
\nDo they? Too?<\/p>\n
How about shaking my left hand with your right hand
\nAnd your right hand with my left hand?
\nWould not be a good fit, would it? Unless we’re lovers
\nor trying to be different.<\/p>\n
Maybe you should do it the right way?
\nYes, the right way. And, be totally OK with it.<\/p>\n
That is what he asks. Will you ask it too?<\/p>\n
