Dear readers, many of you know that I work and worked as an advisor to the US presidential staff. While many people are free to communicate with their party, or with the White House, my role was grass-roots activism but also policy suggestion. The current president, is a tremendous listener.<\/p>\n
I did this communication using secure communicative means. I’d like to inform you that this role is wrapping up, as my personal wish. And I’m very glad because the paperwork was extensive. Today, my expertise is limited, and I am happy to say that I’ve reached a point where I know far less than others do today. So much has changed in this year.<\/p>\n
I contributed much to the ideas (along with other advisors); and I consider it to be a great honor that my ideas and advice were taken seriously and are still valued by the White House. I find that the current sitting president and many of those who at one time worked for him (or still work for him), are people of great efficacy and determination.Our country has desperately needed this personality type and driven ability.<\/p>\n
I stand by this belief, as I recognized (along with millions of Americans) the president’s vigor and determination. I still believe that had we had the opponent who ran against him, sitting in power now, our country and the world would have been in a much more dangerous and volatile state. This is a victory that has been secured for many, no matter what will come now and after. Whatever will come now and after, would be no better, if the current president had not been elected. That is my assessment.<\/p>\n
My announcement is that after this vote on the “tax bill” which occurs this week, I will no longer have any official role in providing material and specific policy advice to the Trump executive branch of US government. Note also, that all the advice of this year and the months prior to the transition of power from the Obama administration to the Trump administration, were provided without fee. No pay, nor employment status has been extended in this first and last year.<\/p>\n
Those of you who are interested in fundraising for a party, or who are interested in being on an executive branch payroll in some income capacity, will have to inquire within. As for me, for those who care to know, as of\u00a0 December 29, 2017, I am stepping down from this role.<\/p>\n
