Your United States Postal Service
Dear subscribers, the ‘United States Postal Service’ is crying out for financial help.
The ‘USPS’ is not financed by tax revenue, yet it is one of our country’s most essential services to all of us.
Please visit their petition-letter website (URL). There, you’ll find a petition that is meant to defend our ‘United States Post Office’.
The ‘USPS’ is arguably the single most essential service there is. That is because most people cannot afford private shippers and couriers that charge outrageous premiums.
“Even the largest American corporations take advantage of the ‘USPS’, though they aren’t poor, because prices are lowest and the service is consistently reliable.” (according to the White House statement made during the week of 4-29-2020.) That is why, the ‘USPS’ needs us to write our Congress – making them every bit as important to our government as we know them to be.
I edited my form-letter, so that it is more customized to how I view the situation, changing some of the demands set to Congress.

Please take a few minutes to add your name and customize your message. Add your own advice and sentiments in there; and simplify their text if you are not sure that you understand the ‘USPS’ demands.
And, spread the word so that more people sign this petition! Our American businesses depend on ‘USPS’. Not hearing their plea, is truly unwise. Everyone who supports our economic prosperity, certainly depends on a healthy ‘USPS’ well into the future.
Note that ‘USPS’ is looking to expand very critical new services to Americans. That will include “copy and print, and money transfers” according to their statement made on public radio today. But, now that the unexpected ‘Covid-19’ has struck, “they are struggling severely”.
“Our veterans also depend on medicines shipped through ‘USPS’.” Don’t betray our vulnerable and poor.
You might suggest in your petition letter, that large corporations be required by law to pay different pricing rates for shipping services, to help ‘USPS” bottom line. This will also satisfy the suggestions coming from the White House this week, as a way to reduce bail-out liability.
Those of us who vitally depend on letter delivery are: companies, consumers, small businesses, anyone and everyone who collects bill pay!
Especially in this economy that is effected by ‘COVID-19’, do you really want to negate the most essential and affordable delivery service? They’ve been loyal and reliable. That needs rewarding. And, we deserve economical and consistent professional delivery service remaining, for many, many years to come.
